To get the ball rolling, reach out to us to learn more about our various services as well as our availability for your event. We’re here Monday through Friday from 10am to 6pm and it’s our policy to get back to you within 24 business hours.
During your initial call, your sales manager will ask questions to learn more about you and your vision, and will suggest ideas to make that vision come to life.
Following your call, you’ll receive an email with detailed package options and pricing. Feel free to ask questions throughout this process, that’s why we’re here!
Once you’ve reviewed our packages, we will schedule a personal or virtual consultation with your DJ or project manager for a time that’s convenient for you.
During this meeting, your DJ will review your event timeline in detail, mix for you live in our sound-proof mixing studio, and demonstrate our lighting options in our dedicated showroom called The DreamSpace.
When you’re ready to move forward, we will require a signed contract and deposit at the time of booking. Final payment is due prior to your event.
We’ll check-in with you multiple times leading up to your big day to ensure all of your questions have been answered.

Formed in 1999 by Jason Weldon, Synergetic Sounds set out to be a small entertainment company offering big-time customer service.
As Synergetic gained momentum, Jason started building a team of DJs. These entertainers recognized that the spotlight belonged to the hosts and their guests, and not themselves. A unique DJ experience was served but there was even more to come…
Client demand for lighting and design services prompted Synergetic to invest in high-end production equipment. We could now offer complete entertainment and production services to our clients. Synergetic Sound + Lighting was born, and the stage was set for growth…
In 2010 we moved in to our 10,000 square foot studio. The facility is home to our full-time staff and comfortable offices for meeting with clients. We even have a live demo studio where clients can preview lighting setups and live DJ mixing sessions.
